Children and Youth Education
|
The following Sunday School classes run from September through May.
|
| Sunday School |
Sunday School Opening with music and puppet show is the beginning of our 9:45 worship service. After the opening, parents can take young children to the nursery (for children up to 4 years old) or the library (for children 5 to 7 years old). Or, if they are able, we welcome children to stay and be part of the service. Sunday school begins at 10:35 and ends at 11:20. We ask that parents of young children meet them at their classes to pick them up. See the current rotational calendar

| WOW Team |
The WOW Team! (“Wesley's Outreach Wednesdays”) Kids Can Make a Difference! Wednesdays – 3:45-5:00 (Sept. 16-May) Attention: Kindergarteners through 5th graders (5th graders will be part of our leadership) are welcome to join our after-school mission outreach group, the WOW Team! This group is our youngest mission team, working to make a difference in our church, community and world. Beginning Wednesday, September 16th, the WOW Team will meet downstairs at 3:45 for some fun and outreach activities. We’ll have a snack, and then, as John Wesley would say, “do some good” for others. If you have questions, or you would like to help the WOW Team, please call Kerry, Jill, or Kay in the office (586-5413). Remember, all kids in elementary school are welcome, whether they are a part of our church, or any church. So kids ….bring your school friends …..we are going to have some fun while making a difference in other people’s lives. See pictures of WOW "Love to You Tea Party."
