So Many Things at Once!

*We have three new volunteer coordinators for various projects — Irene Eidet Martin for Family Promise, Cindy Linkenbach for Love INC, and Gloria Zimmer for the Community Cafe.
*Equal Exchange coffee, tea and chocolate are available again in the Friendship Room on Sunday mornings.
*The Annual Fall Food Drive has started.  Bring your donations to the narthex.
*It’s time to provide Christmas gifts for Intermountain kids and Gallatin County Foster Family Children.  You can sign up in the Friendship Room on Sunday mornings.
*We are collecting clothing for children of the Blackfeet Parish near Browning, MT.  Those donations are collected in the narthex, too.
*Shoeboxes for Blackfeet Parish will provide gifts to children there.  The WOW team and UMW are providing some; contact Sally McConnell for more information.
*The quilts hanging in the Friendship Room were made by children in VBS this summer and are on display before being sent to a variety of groups.

*The Warming Center is open for the winter, offering a warm, safe place for folks to spend the night.  Volunteers and supplies are needed.  Scroll down to the  October 21 blog post for more information.
*New Community Showers are open year round at the Warming Center.  Volunteers and supplies are needed here, too.  See the September 16 and August 28 blog posts details.
*Habitat for Humanity is working on two houses in Belgrade, a critical repair project of replacing siding on a home, and planning for the Playhouses on Parade fundraiser.  You can read their November construction update here.

*UMCOR has a newly revised map  that summarizes their work around the world.  Visit their  UMCOR website  for lots of information on their programs.  They provide assistance to victims of natural disasters and human conflict.
*Giving Tuesday is December 2 and it’s an opportunity to start off the holiday season by giving instead of getting through supporting organizations and missionaries that have been researched and approved by the United Methodist General Board of Global Ministries.  Details are here .
